• No unsolicited commercial messages or spamming.
• We may moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts at our discretion for safety and compliance.

• We do not guarantee matches, responses, or marriage outcomes.
• Use judgment when sharing personal information or meeting others.

Payments

• Fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Additional terms may apply to paid features or subscriptions.

License and Intellectual Property

• We grant a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.
• You grant us a license to host and display your submitted content for app purposes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or availability. We do not verify every user’s background.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mor Jodi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid in the last 6 months or INR 1,000 if no fees were paid.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mor Jodi against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risk. You may delete your account at any time. Clauses on IP, limitation, and indemnity survive termination.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction (update if your preferred jurisdiction differs).

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after notice means acceptance.
